Telesales Team Leader - Dublin (Mon-Fri)

€40000 - €45000 per annum DOE

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and meet sales goals.
  • Ensure individual sales targets are met while maintaining sales margins.
  • Enhance team members' product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Quickly and accurately process sales orders against weekly sales targets.
  • Consistently manage all new leads through our inbound process.
  • Achieve daily call activities and monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing feedback and improving strategies.
  • Proactively address potential problems to minimize sales loss.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Work with the manager to contribute to overall business sales targets.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
  • Efficiently multitask and work under pressure.


  • Demonstrated success in a sales role with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Previous team management experience in a sales role is advantageous.
  • A background in sport/fitness coaching is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, administrative, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer service principles, and product knowledge.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on new customers and customer satisfaction.
  • An upbeat, friendly and positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Well able to work in a team atmosphere.
  • Very well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong customer focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong telesales and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
