Department Manager - Cosmetics

Our client, one of the most successful and reputable lifestyle retailers, is currently looking for an experienced Manager to join their beautiful store in South Dublin.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Experienced in retail management, preferably within a luxury cosmetics or beauty brand.
• Well presented with a confident and polished presence.
• Brand focused, knowledgeable and professional.
• Dedicated into providing a high class and tailored customer experience and bauty service.
• Equipped with the ability to manage, train and guide a large group of people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day to day activities of the entire department, be brand focused and passionate about achieving sale targets and driving performance within the team. You will also have strong organisational and delegation skills.
