Support Pharmacist

Our client has a chain of 12 pharmacies and thrives on offering it customers and staff the best service in the industry. This pharmacy has a combination of regular retail dispensing and Care home. There is a large team of pharmacists and technicians. The pharmacy has great back up staff to assist with the role. As the support pharmacist you will dispense on the retail and care home side of things with a very experienced team whilst support the supervising pharmacist. Dun Laoghaire is a stunning harbour town packed with charm and character. It is a popular seaside resort and a beautiful place to live.

The main duties of this role includes:

• To operate the dispensary in accordance with all the legal responsibilities pertaining to the profession of pharmacy
• To exercise all aspects of law, ethics and codes of practice as laid down by the Irish Pharmaceutical Society.
• To provide a safe and efficient dispensing service to all customers in accordance with pharmacy guidelines.
• To ensure the safe and effective delivery of medicines to all customers

Essential Criteria:

Must hold a PSI approved Pharmacy Qualification and be registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
