Retail Manager

Are you an experienced retail manager? Are you looking for a new challenge? We are delighted to be recruiting for a manager who will be joining our client, a well established and growing Irish retail business in the non food space. This is a full time role with good shift patterns.

The right person will exhibit:

• Staff management qualities including recruitment and training, mentoring and people management skills.
• Courteous and professional customer service
• Ability to reach sales targets and budget requirements
• An eye for decorating or art and maintaining a well presented store
• Attention to detail and stock management - admin skills
• Ability to plan and implement strategies to further develop the business.
• Great rapport with senior mangement and admin team.
