Accounts Assistant - Payroll - Immediate Start

Dublin City Centre, Dublin
€30000 - €35000 per annum

My client are looking to hire an Accounts Assistant with Payroll experience to join their team. This is a busy role and fast paced role reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with external accountant. In this role you will be responsible for managing payroll, expenses, commission, time sheets and day to day bookkeeping needs of business. Hybrid working.

Duties:

  • Weekly and monthly Payroll
  • Carrying out commission calculations, processing expenses
  • AP & AR
  • Managing the company benefits and pension scheme.
  • Preparing accounts to Trial balance
  • Preparation of management accounts
  • VAT Returns
  • Reconciliations
  • Ad Hoc Accounts & Admin duties


Required:

  • 2 years experience minimum
  • Previous payroll processing experience is essential
  • Experience with sage or other accounting software preferred
  • IPASS or AT or Equivalent
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Can do attitude

Salary up to 35K depending on Experience
